Physical Activity
I have done three different kinds of physical activity including running, rope skipping, playing badminton, and playing table tennis.
I usually run around the community that I live as an exercise in the evening. Our community is big enough to run around. I like to listen to music as I run. I don’t know why but when I listen to music, I do not feel tired easily. If I do not listen to music when I run, I will feel tired in a short time, and then I can not keep running. That’s the reason why I always bring my MP3 when I run. I often keep running around our community in half an hour. I never stop though I felt tired. I always keep running when I feel tired, though my speed at that time is very low. Runing is a very good exercise in my mind. We can run any time in any place. Runing do not need some complicated instrument, and after running, our brain will be clear, I think.
Sometimes, I do rope skipping instead of running. Rope skipping takes less energy than running; I think .That’s why I often do rope skipping for 40 minutes if I finish everything that should be done. Keep rope skipping continuously is not easy. I always feel tired when I do rope skipping for more than 1 minute, but I just need to relax for some seconds, I can be energetic again. Then I usually continue rope skipping. Rope skipping has some special skills, too. We can do rope skipping by two feet, we can do rope skipping by one foot,too.We can jumped 2 times when we shake the rope 1 time. These skills are really funny.
On Saturday or Sunday, I often go to a sports hall which is not far away from home to do some exercise with my family. We always play badminton in the sports hall. I think that playing badminton take much more energy than running and rope skipping in the same time because we need to run in the badminton court to play badminton. The moving of feet has some skills, too. We should in different ways by watching our opponent my skill of playing badminton is very bad actually. My father and my mother think that playing badminton with me is very boring, so they always play with other adult or teenager who plays badminton very will.I often play with some children, but some children are good at playing badminton, too. I think that I need more exercise to be stronger.
Sometimes, there are many people in the badminton court, so my family come to the table tennis room to play another kind of ball——table tennis. The ball that we use in table tennis is very small and because the ball is small and light, this ball is hard to handle. There many different skills in table tennis, too. I can win my mother on table tennis table, but I still can not win my father. I think I need more practice to improve my skills.
In conclusion, doing physical activity will help us keep fit; we can not live without physical activity in my mind. Or we will be unhealthy. We can get happiness from physical activity, too. When I do this physical activity I feel very excited and happy, I think that there are many people have the same feeling as me. Some times, we can learn some treasure thing from physical activity, such as team spirit and so on.
